Project Goals
The goal of the project is internship/training of 20 VET Students from 5 VET schools, from the agricultural, veterinary, agri-tourism and food production profiles in Macedonia, introducing of entrepreneurial skills in the respective using quality placement in companies. The action will be applied through real work placements, engagement in work-in situation (on farm, company), study tour and visiting schools and innovative companies and training/job shadowing of 5 VET Teachers from 5 schools from Macedonia to increase their practical application of knowledge through interactive and engaging activities, that will introduce best practices to integrate into their daily work.

Short Description
European activities provide opportunities for teachers and students to develop and reflect on the learning and teaching together with teachers and students from other schools and organizations. A project like this will allow teachers and students to work with partner schools and organizations in learning activities.
Through collaborative activities with colleagues from other countries, students will be able to go beyond the textbook and explore data, knowledge and experience directly and immediately. In this way, students develop intercultural understanding and gain new perspectives on their own learning. This project intends to meet the needs of the students, adapt what they have learned in practice, and develop professionally work-based skills in the field of their studies. The students will be able to enhance the career prospects and will have increased motivation for taking part in future (formal/non-formal) education or training after the mobility period abroad.
The teachers need to develop new and better teaching methods and innovative approaches to learning, especially in the practical training of the students; ability to promote the formal recognition of skills and competences acquired through professional development activities abroad; knowledge of the up-to-date information and new researches, as well as to develop a European dimension in school education.
This project aims to promote the training in several sectors, to promote environmental sustainability, to increase their practical application of knowledge through interactive and engaging activities, that will introduce best practices to integrate into their daily work., the employment, growth, and development of new skills through mobility experience.
– Expected Impact on Participants can be described as:
– Impact on students: Increased knowledge about the agriculture, veterinary, agri-tourism, and food preparation, increased cultural awareness, increased language ability, increased self-confidence, willingness for further participation, increased understanding of other countries in Europe, improved communication skills, work relationships, personal relations, higher motivation for study completion, increased interest in other people, expected positive impact on career opportunities and improved vocational knowledge, skills and attitudes (competences).
– Impact of teachers/staff: improved efficiency and increased skills in regards to organizing a quality practical training for students, expanded horizons by acquiring knowledge of other countries and cultures, increased skills for assessment, evaluation, and interpretation of facts, established new principles and concepts in their field of work, acquired important skills of self-development through experience earned during the job-shadowing/training.
