A Cutting-edge Report on Agriculture 5.0 will be developed using desk research (academic articles, national reports, statistical data) and field research with interviews of farmers, academics, government officials, and trade unionists. These interviews will explore the needs, challenges, and opportunities in Agriculture 5.0 and be disseminated as podcasts on the project’s digital platform.
Building on the report’s findings, the FARMS 5.0 Training Program for VET trainers will be designed. It will include 90training activities (15 per partner organization) structured into thematic modules to enable localized training in VET centers. The program will feature 30 digital DocuNarratives showcasing best practices in Agriculture 5.0 and a flexible eLearningplatform with a micro-credential course. This course will cater to marginalized learners and be delivered in standalone andblended formats, combining online and on-site components. It will receive European accreditation through EQVET(EUROPASS).
