MSc. Ljupcho Toshev has more than 18 years of experience in producing, managing and evaluating projects in the field of agriculture and rural development – focusing on non-formal education and competence-based learning.
He has a significant experience in preparation of training needs assessments, creation and implementation of trainings for trainers for methodologies in adult education trainings, as well as organization and moderation of meetings, conferences, round tables and similar events.
During his work, he has been a leader, and a partner, in a large number of projects supported by multiple international organizations and funds, amongst which are: the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, USAID, FAO, UNDP, Visegrad Fund and others. He holds a MSc. in education management and is fluent in English.
Martin Micevski holds a BA in agricultural engineering – agricultural economy and has years of experience of preparation and implementation of projects in various fields, such as agriculture, rural development, and local development.
As a project coordinator, he is responsible for the timely execution and reporting of the project activities. The preparation of analyses, questionnaires and research papers, information gathering and analysis, organizing events, and mentoring, are a part of his daily tasks.
He’s appeared as project coordinator and/or assistant in many projects supported by several international funds and organizations including: the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, USAID, FAO, UNDP, Visegrad Fund and others. He is fluent in English and Italian.
Undergrad in Political Sciences with experience in project planning, communication, and execution in IT and Marketing.

Natasha Ognenoska has more than 18 years of experience in finance and administration, with special focus on the technical support in the realization of the project activities.
Besides the extensive knowledge in the budget and the financial functioning of the Foundation, her expertise includes the preparation of financial reports, keeping track of the realized expenses, as well as communication and coordination with external accounting and auditors.
She has years of experience in executing financial transactions, documentation archiving, preparing documents and treasury reports, cash flow, and other tasks with regards to the daily administrative and financial execution of the projects – and is fluent in English.
Aleksandra Nikolova has experience in implementation of projects in various fields. As an agricultural engineer in food safety and quality assurance, she has participated in the implementation of projects in agricultural vocational education and training, focusing on the non-formal education and training.
She has a substantial knowledge in the international food safety standards, as well as the application of technologies in the food production process, and the development of agricultural vocational education and training. As a project assistant, she participates in the implementation of the project activities supported by Erasmus+, the Visegrad Fund etc.
Furthermore, she has experience in handling social media and external communication with partners, preparation and translation of documentation, and software quality insurance. She is fluent in English.
