\"Toshev_Bio\"<\/span><\/div>

Ljupcho Toshev<\/h2>
Executive Director<\/div>

MSc. Ljupcho Toshev has more than 18 years of experience in producing, managing and evaluating projects in the field of agriculture and rural development \u2013 focusing on non-formal education and competence-based learning.<\/p>\n

He has a significant experience in preparation of training needs assessments, creation and implementation of trainings for trainers for methodologies in adult education trainings, as well as organization and moderation of meetings, conferences, round tables and similar events.<\/p>\n

During his work, he has been a leader, and a partner, in a large number of projects supported by multiple international organizations and funds, amongst which are: the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, USAID, FAO, UNDP, Visegrad Fund and others. He holds a MSc. in education management and is fluent in English.<\/p><\/div>

Aleksandra Nikolova Dimovska<\/h2>
Project Manager<\/div>

Aleksandra Nikolova Dimovska has experience in implementation of projects in various fields. As an agricultural engineer in food safety and quality assurance, she has participated in the implementation of projects in agricultural vocational education and training, focusing on the non-formal education and training.<\/p>\n

She has a substantial knowledge in the international food safety standards, as well as the application of technologies in the food production process, and the development of agricultural vocational education and training. As a project manager, she participates in the implementation of the project activities supported by Erasmus+, the Visegrad Fund etc.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, she has experience in handling social media and external communication with partners, preparation and translation of documentation, and software quality insurance. She is fluent in English.<\/p>\n

Spire Arsov<\/h2>
Project Associate<\/div>

Spire Arsov Msc. holds a Master degree from China Agricultural University and has extensive experience working with agriculture and economic policies. Has worked as a consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on matters of land policy, agri-environment and agribusiness policies.<\/p>\n

His scope of work also includes capacity development for young adults and vocational training for professionals and is active in:<\/p>\n

– Food production and trade in developing countries<\/p>\n

– Environmental aspects and ecosystems in agriculture<\/p>\n

– Economy in production of biomass for heating and energy production<\/p>\n

– Challenges of food production in a changing economic and natural environment<\/p>\n

– Sustainable rural development and natural resource management.<\/p>\n

Martin Micevski<\/h2>
Project Associate<\/div>

Martin Micevski holds a BA in agricultural engineering \u2013 agricultural economy and has years of experience of preparation and implementation of projects in various fields, such as agriculture, rural development, and local development.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s appeared as project coordinator and\/or assistant in many projects supported by several international funds and organizations including: the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, USAID, FAO, UNDP, Visegrad Fund and others. He is fluent in English and Italian.<\/p>\n

Natasha Ognenoska<\/h2>
Financial manager<\/div>

<\/p>\n

Natasha Ognenoska has more than 18 years of experience in finance and administration, with special focus on the technical support in the realization of the project activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besides the extensive knowledge in the budget and the financial functioning of the Foundation, her expertise includes the preparation of financial reports, keeping track of the realized expenses, as well as communication and coordination with external accounting and auditors.<\/span><\/p>\n

She has years of experience in executing financial transactions, documentation archiving, preparing documents and treasury reports, cash flow, and other tasks with regards to the daily administrative and financial execution of the projects \u2013 and is fluent in English.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sanja Josifoska<\/h2>
Project Assistent<\/div>

Sanja is an experienced Project Coordinator, Educator, and Web Administrator with over a decade of expertise in education, event management, and international testing. Since 2013, she has been a key member of the Educational Advising Center in Skopje, where she manages scholarship programs, oversees web content, and coordinates large-scale education fairs.<\/p>\n

Moreover, she holds a degree in English and French Translation from the Faculty of Philology \u201cBlazhe Koneski\u201d in Skopje. Her experience also includes coordination for climate change project at WEglobal, supporting office operations, financial management, and multilingual translation. Also, she has worked with Junior Achievement Macedonia, where she assisted in organizing a national business competition for youth entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

At FACE, Sanja serves as a Project Assistant, responsible for the timely execution and reporting of project activities.<\/p>\n

Jasmina Pislevikj<\/h2>
Project Associate<\/div>

<\/p>\n

Jasmina has 3+ years of experience in product development and 10+ years of experience in project development and non-formal education mainly related to environment protection, climate change, and sustainable development. She is an author of an educational tool for climate change and sustainable living and a mentor on The European Innovation Council Women Leadership Programme<\/p>\n

She has a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy and Environment from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has taken part in over 50 international research stays, conferences, seminars, and courses. She speaks fluently English and can use the German language.<\/p>\n
